Bradley Gorman

CEO & Managing Director

Mr. Bradley Gorman serves as the CEO/Managing Director of Silverado Holdings whereas he is responsible for the overall direction, overseas land acquisitions, entitlement and development, and construction management activities. Mr. Gorman’s 50 years of experience stands at the helm of Silverado Companies and its affiliates.

Mr. Gorman has been involved with every phase of the construction and real estate development industries for both domestic and international transactions. After serving in the military during the Vietnam War era in the early 1970s, Mr. Gorman was the first American to go back and sign a joint-venture construction contract to build U.S. hospitals with the Republic of Vietnam in 1994.

Mr. Gorman joined the Boeing Company and Boeing Realty (#25 on Fortune 100) as a construction manager in 1976 overseeing industrial manufacturing projects and major real estate developments related to Boeing throughout Southern California. Mr. Gorman joined West Venture Los Angeles in 1982. A real estate investment and development firm overseeing the residential division built over 5,000 single family homes, over 4,642 multi-family units and 16 million square feet of retail. The company was sold in 1994 to Lennar Homebuilders.

Mr. Gorman has a proven track record in construction project development, profit and loss accountability and meeting budget and critical deadlines. As one of California’s best-known and most-experienced builders, Mr. Gorman has a reputation among industry professionals as a successful team builder and strong leader with the ability to motivate staff to achieve optimum productivity. He is known for his skill in effectively resolving complex owner/architect/contractor issues while maintaining a favorable image for the firm. He exhibits a “can do” attitude and has the ability to anticipate and resolve problems without interrupting schedules.

In 2022, Mr. Gorman assembled over 13.7 million square feet of industrial manufacturing and distribution warehouses in Arizona. Co-development, acquisitions, entitlement, overseeing design, engineering and construction.

Mr. Gorman strategically partnered and joint ventured with two prominent national real estate developers. The L.A. Center in Los Angeles, California, a master planned 7 million square foot high rise office development valued at more than $5 billion. The project completed all entitlement requirements and sold for a substantial profit. The Pier 202 Tempe Town Lake at Tempe, Arizona a master planned mixed use 5 million square foot– first phase 27 acre and second phase 10 acres totaling 37 acres of master planned mixed use development valued at over $2 billion. The project completed all entitlement requirements and offsite and onsite infrastructure construction and then sold for a substantial profit.

Mr. Gorman has strategically aligned with some of the world’s renowned institutions/developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. His dossier includes ownership of numerous entities over the last five decades that have included general contracting, construction management, environmental consulting, full-service A&E firms, civil engineering and energy companies.

Mr. Gorman has owned and co-owned a number of developments, general contracting, construction management, engineering and energy companies throughout the United States. The depth of his expertise includes industrial, commercial, entertainment, retail, residential, healthcare, senior housing, student housing, hospitality and master planned mixed-use developments.

Key Examples of Success

He has served as Chairman of the Urban Planning Economic Development Committee of California and is a member of the President’s Circle with the California Chamber of Commerce. He is a National Leadership Award recipient with the Business Advisory Council for which he holds the distinguished position of Honorary Co-Chairman. Mr. Gorman won various awards including the Award of Excellence for Best Industrial Project from the National Commercial Builders Council, Golden Tower Award for Best Tenant Industrial Building for the Commercial Industrial Council/BIA and Developer of the Year and Contractor of the Year Award from both the SBA and NASA. Mr. Gorman has an Award of Excellence – Genesis LA, Economic Bord of Directors. Mr. Gorman is listed in the national registry of “Who’s Who” as a recognized “Builder of Accomplishment.”

Mr. Gorman’s affiliations include Urban Land Institute ULI), United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).

He has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the University of California at Long Beach.

Mr. Gorman is a Contractors State License Board licensed Class B General Contractor.
